MR has their cheapest 4G plan that is more than $10 at the moment, any lesser it will be legacy plans. Only worthwhile plans are the 5G ones less than $18 monthly with free 6 months roaming in MY, ID and TH.

Just ported back to MR $17.95 plan from Singtel (people frequent this thread will know what happened). Singtel service got cut, but MR side my number is not in yet. Cannot make and receive calls/SMS right now.

There is no temporary number on my MR side as well.

Singtel refuse to release my number?

Same, I am on eSIM too. I cannot receive SMS OTP for highly sensitive services now...

try download myrepublic app and login and see. You should be able to see your phone plan and under there you will be able to see temp MR number or your ported over number.

The app is showing my actual number that I requested to port over.

check this for SMS
https://intercom.help/myrepublicsg/en/articles/8836614-how-do-check-set-smsc-number-on-my-mobile

check this for phone calls
https://intercom.help/myrepublicsg/...hooting-network-configuration-local-singapore

if this does not solve your issue. you need to check with their useless customer service liao
Thanks for helping, Called MR CSO for many times today. I guess I just have to wait for their backend to resolved.

Hoping their routine batch jobs can solve it rather than having to wait much longer.

Likely have to wait for backend to complete porting.
I hope is a backend issue and not number being lost during the porting. But since MR CSO said they can see my number in their end, so hopefully is something that can be fixed soon.

Don’t know what to do now. Talk to another CSO (which I think no point) or just wait since a CSO already help to raise this to the backend team.
