Thx I have read that , trying to see anyone has actual experience because my relative just complete 2nd dose over 60 that means can’t enter? Because need 3 doses for > 60 .

From the link, seem needed to be self quarantine. Everything seems on your own.
Not sure by air, they will check vaccination documentation or not.
In case by land (Car), so far no checks at all.
