this app is BS, i just came back from KL, they dont even speak of it much less check whatever you update inside.

you can choose not to declare and have some problems at immigration if they check

hey.. after you click submit... does the app bring you to another page?? or it just stay there??!?!?

I also have the same issue. After I submit, no acknowledgement one. And when I try repeat the steps, it allows me to refill everything again..and the same thing happens. So I have no idea my declaration went through...

Anyone can help?

Can confirm these are the only things to do on the app?

1. Download
2. Register
3. Sign in
4. Click "Traveller" icon and click to fill up "Travel for [your name]" and "Overseas Vaccination De.....".

Then under profile (bottom right icon) will appear your details, travellers card and Digital Certificate".

Dunno why the Vaccination status in the app still "Not Vaccinated" when i already uploaded and registered on mysafetravel...

It takes days to update. Not immediate.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked the spam folder before and got nothing. Also i can not log in , try using the forgot password also got nothing came back.

Last night frustrated , use the website to register again. Finally got the account activated. WTF.

Zzzzz. Can put Nil for q11,14,16,17?

Some of you guys either have lots of patience or just out of sight out of mind until need to use. I waited only 2 days and submitted again. Of course, second time round have to analyze and see what might have gone wrong before then do it differently if have to.

I realised those questions were for by air or car.

I went in on 30 Apr and before that my app was completed with vaccination. So no issue at all.
they do not care whether the app show your status of vaccination .rather they just want to make sure you have the app And scan.

You referring to traveler icon for you right? No . That I didn’t do.
I just download app, submit vaccination details that’s it

address I put Singapore address, it goes through as well.

Which questions? Some can just put NA

I go in by bus.

Vehicle No., I put "Bas".
Departure Time, I put 8am & Arrival Time, 9am.

To me the above questions are not hot items.
