I heard after we submitted. Need to wait for the official email reply. Submitted last week but still yet to received the email

Continue your trip. Done mine last week, till today no update in the apps. Went in by car yesterday. Custom also dun ask if got DL is apps or not.
But all shops/malls, requires you to use this apps to scan entry code before going in.

Thanks to confirmation from fake_oranges, I finally see "Fully Vaccinated" in my app. Checked and there's no email at all. All I did was to refresh the status each time I went in to check.

Had started working on it over the weekend and made a last attempt yesterday by carefully making sure I got the correct form this time and uploaded the file received from notarise.sg.

Just noticed that my Digital Certification in the app doesn't show the vaccination type (manufacturer) and batch numbers.

Am I the only one here with this situation?

Mine shown the date of 1st dose. Then 1 day later shown the manufacturer and batch number. Then another day later shown dose 2. Another day shown booster. Everyday go then to check and finally now shown fully vaccinated.
total need 7 days

my parents (mum) had 3doses of sinovac .
uploaded everything but shows partial vaccinated
dad had x2 doses (no booster yet) as got covid also shows partial vaccinated .

tried refresh still same tho

Ya man... Just log into the app. refreshed it and shown Fully Vaccinated...

Went in by causeway link bus. At ica staff are stationed to check mysejahtera app installed on phone. After that then allowed to take escalator to immigration.

Wait for few more days, it shd change to fully vaccinated

For those wanna obtain the "Fully vaccinated" orange status. Under helpdesk -> option L "I have received my vaccination overseas and..." and proceed to input your 1st, 2nd and booster shot with screen shot jpg of your cert, checked after few more days, your status should change to partially vaccinated, wait for 1 or 2 days again, it should change to Fully vaccinated!

May I ask what address should I put in the mysejahtera app? Can I put "NIL" for address and choose Johor state?

i redo everything back and see how it goes.

Just put SG postal code and choose Johor. All should be accepted. I did mine in this way.

Agree. Unless you're prepared to be turned back or delayed, get the app properly done before heading over.

download the app... fill in as many info as you can... then bring hardcopy of your cert.

After Fully Vaccinated granted. Remember to fill in the white-card under ->Travel for XX XX XX, travel date, flight info n address in My.
