Claim gao gao ah?![]()
Else where got landed properties leh..... hahaha

Claim gao gao ah?![]()
Huh
How to reject?
So clear cut
Tia gong kena reject claim by Blue sg..

Nah, say an excess of $2k. If the damage is $1.8k, only need to pay $1.8k.When you signed the rental agreement when them, i assume you knew that "own damage excess" is $5000? no?
"Own damage excess" means that when you damage the car, you need to pay $5000 to repair the car. BlueSG may have a repair cost of $300 but as you signed the agreement, you need to pay "own damage excess" of $5000. Therefore, i dont think they will let you see the breakdown cost.
Hope this explains

If the damage is $20k, then just need to pay excess of $2k.
I don't know what term the company is using exactly but paying full excess for whatever damage is nonsense to me. It's good to read again, understand, and don't pay more than necessary.

Just wanna find out how long it took for bluesg to send you the bill after you reported the incident. Am in similar situation now
I'm asking about time taken for the process, not about the money. Your comment is irrelevant.Just prepare a few k and negotiate with them. Now you at their mercy.
Think harder next time you rent, no money don't drive. Want to drive and be cheap, then prepare to pay the excess when shiat happens esp when you never drive for a long time.
