Given a choice, defnitely a 6600 over a 6700To be honest with you, a core i5 6500/6600 is more than enough for your autocad usage. I really do not see a need of 6700 or a 6700K. Why? The reason why you need so many threads is because beside running autocad, you will be assume of running other software side by side. But still, for your usage, i will just go for a 6600 setup with a 1070 and 16GB memory.
