1) Reseat all connections in the rig.

2) Check under the motherboard, make sure there is no metal parts (ie screws, wires) under the motherboard.

3) Reseat CPU cooler.

I will try again tonite. if things still the same, will bring to shop for them to assemble.

Any recommendation and average price for diagnosis and assembling?

or know anyone that willing to come over to do the assembling and diagnosis?

Can just bring your rig over to PC Care & Solutions, #02-32, Sim Lim Square, and have Nigel take a look at your rig.

Prime suspect. Most likely somewhere shorted.

1. Check all psu connections are right - 24pin to motherboard. 4pin that is blue connectors labeled as cpu is to top left corner of the motherboard. Please check the orientation of the 4pin. Ensure that the 6pin that is red color connector that is labeled as PCI express connected to you graphics card.

3. Resit your processor. Before you resit, check the orientation of the chip. Make sure golden arrow is on the bottom left of your socket.

4. Ensure that your HDD/SSD has fully sitted in sata powered.

5. Ensure that your gpu is fully sitted into the pcie slot.

6. Ensure all rams are fully sitted into the ram slots.

7. Check your casing, does it have any standoffs. If there is no standoffs most probably you will get shorted somewhere.

2. Make sure there are no unused power connectors (PCIe/SATA/Molex/etc) that touch your MB...
