those water dams are time bombs. waiting for disaster to strike only. block and keep water for own use. those countries below get no water at dry seasons
I agree that China should re-examine their massive dam projects.. but the 'dam' which triggered this flood was naturally formed, not man-made.

Here's the YouTube video posted on 5th Aug 2026.

Unless you know Thai language, or if you even trust YouTube's Thai to English translation in CC or change the Audio Track from Thai to English, or you can use your own AI translator to translate.

Of course you can reply "Not clicking" again but by saying "Not clicking", it can means you are ignoring finding out the truth about this video.

Some people may only see some flash of incident that will happen in the future but may not exactly pinpoint the exact location.

I chatted with AI about her, even AI still didn't rule her credibility out leh. This master plai really must follow

Not clicking on indirect source because no point. Since date and original source is provided. Will look at the above later when free.

Which has nothing to do with this disaster? 🤷‍♂️

Ya lor, USGS and other scientists have analysed it to be a natural disaster started from glacier collapse... most major news sites have long already reported about it... what's up with the conspiracies and misinformation still appearing in this thread? 🤷‍♂️ To pump post count? :s13:

This should be one of the scariest disasters ever captured on video

Maybe no dam better?
Dam can worsen situation in other cases, but this case is not related to that and is due to glacier which is most likely due to natural cause.

Whether there are other factors involved are just speculation for now, neither proven or excluded, which will need more info in future.

I think the buildings all got erased by the mudflow. See how the multiple storey carpark instantly burst and collapsed when hit by the mudflow. The mudflow was not just water and mud, had countless gravels, numerous huge boulders. See the france news video showed how the mudflow travelled very far downstream still had energy to roll huge boulder.

The gyirong port is so close to ground zero, Just one of the huge boulder is enough to demolish the buildings. The countless gravel are like bullets will erode the buildings grain by grain.
