Unimaginingly...This one 10%no point using this to buy groceries. Grocers that accept flashpay also accepts credit cards. Use credit card much better.

You may obtain an immediate refund on a non-damaged FlashPay Card from
- any DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB ATM (select 'More Services')
For other refund cases (including damaged cards), please visit either the NETS Customer Service Centre located at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01 Central Plaza, Singapore 168730 or any TransitLink Ticket Office.
Please note that your FlashPay Card is valid for use for 7 years from the date of issue. The card is valid for a full refund 8 years from the date of issue. At the start of the 9th year, a service fee of $1 per month is deducted from the stored value with the balance (if any) available for refund.
