The prefix numbers of each CEPAS card will indicate whether it is public agency issued card, flashpay or ezlink. The ranges are further allocated to banks or for their own non co-branded cards.

NETS just used the prefix to determined if it is a bank card. How can a bank card be refunded based on the T&C? Only the CEPAS wallet can be refunded or terminated. So don't terminate or refund the flashpay wallet.

Nothing to do with ATU. As long as your flashpay card is issued by banks and has not been refunded, it will work.

All those SME or "management" bulls and mumbo jumbo about how technical things can be done can be ignored. Many things can be done but as long as it is not in place, you can't do it.

It is obvious that there is no correlation between your bank account and the FP card, because
1. NETS asks you to provide your old FP CAN ID if your bank replaced it to get the rebates (see the the promo FAQ). You can't provide your old bank card number.
2. If you have lost a Frank card like me, try calling NETS to terminate your ATU by giving your credit card number or bank card number. They don't have this in this database.

NETS, while is setup by a group of local banks, is a different company and they do not have privi info on your card and banking status. All they know is that your CAN ID has a prefixed that is given to UOB for example.

I went to the GTM and top up using cash, not counted right? Have to top up using NETS?

So if I top up my SAFRA DBS debit card with cash at the GTM, am I using NETS Flash Pay or EzLink?

Just went to the avm+ machine and selected nets flashpay voucher. Still no voucher Leh! I topped up my nets flash pay frank card via bank atm in early nov

Hi guys I just checked the avm there are no rebates even though I topped up $30 last month to my card

Any one faces the same issue?
