What is the difference between AVM+ and the GTM machine? Promo says AVM machine. Can use any machine in station or must be AVM? Worry use the wrong one.

TnC just say rebate not applicable for ATU, so in theory any other top-up means should be applicable. But to play safe, no harm use the ATM, AVM+, Nets self top-up machine, they are easily accessible

sorry still confuse

sound like the usual 2 cards method, ie
a) place MRT card with FP on card holder
b) select payment mode
c) insert ATM card then enter pin

or

FlashPay card = ATM card = one same card, ie
1) & 4) = same card

.

2 cards method. When topping up FlashPay card, the ATM card need to be another card

Everyday card is not flashpay so not eligible for this promo.
o i c i must have mis-read b'cos the adv big big proclaim :

Use your BANK Card as your MRT card
Step 1 : TOP UP Nets FlashPay on your BANK card
Step 2 : TAP and travel with your BANK card

sidetrack a bit
i currently using POSB Everyday card auto Re-load
just tap like any Bus/MRT card
Fare Free Friday auto cash back $dollar to my cc the following month
Everyday card = Bus/MRT card = no need for 2nd card

Actually for this promo. Based on the TNC just do Step 1 is good enough for the rebate. When topping up the flashpay using AVM+ you need another card to insert into the Nets machine to make payment via nets. Btw not sure what you mean by the usual 2 cards method

I topped up everything in one go liao.
Scully forget and miss it if do everything by month end. Anyway, the rebates 10% can beat any savings interest for 2 months. Win win...

Sent from the research lab without using GAGT
Ya, 10% is a lot, but only $3 cap per card, if u have 5, means only $15/month, total $45 for this promo. While boc gives 170+ for interest, Ocbc/UOB 100+ each. But free $3 better than nothing.
