Played the same game on the lappy? Could it be the game no stable on window 8? Why not try to uninstall the game and install again see how gose.

By the way anyone know when can buy the alienware gaming bag?

I play cs:go quite often and did not experience any issue whatsoever.

Replacing the screen is possible saw it on laptopscreen.com around 159usd. It stated m14xr3 but there is no such m14x so I guess its for m14? And its glossy, so not too sure.

For replacement is not cheap.. I called up Dell and ask weather can replace a FH LCD penal or not. they say can, and need to change the whole motherboard... so its not worth it cost a BOMB...

Have you try on a different driver? I know recent Nvidia drivers are quite buggy.

Cant stand the HD+ screen, horrible viewing angle with really bad contrast. Gonna call Dell on Mon to complain!

They can't do anything for you pal. Also, their FHD panel upgrade is not cheap, typical of Dell.

Anyway, it is known from reviews that the screen is pretty crappie, though the specs are great for a 14.1 inch laptop. My opinion, go get a bigger and better monitor to connect the laptop to, when gaming or watching shows. Just have to bear with it if you wanna use it outdoors.

are you able the share the display settings in CS:GO?

Order and change yourself. Im sure it will be available kn the market soon. Why change screen need to change mobo? The connector should be the same?

Dont be fooled by them, theres no need to change MB just for upgrading of LED monitor. the coneector is the same.

Please call dell yourself and check. I already ask before. They say won't encourage customers to change.

There is no need to call dell to upgrade the screen, there are many vidoes on YouTube showing how.

Just sharing that I saw the replacement screen online.

Gaming on 14 inch is too small for me, cant even see people on cs:go sometimes. Better off buying a external display with the money. Full hd on 14 inch prolly makes not much of a difference.

Won't void warranty for installing msata. Only 1 hdd slot though. Unless you replace the DVD drive with a special caddy bought separately.

Usually you should be able to get a better quote thru livechat or telesales. I believe price in Malaysia is cheaper though. Can send to your friend's address in Malaysia.

Believe it's one. Have problem. The sound and screen always freezes when playing CS:GO. But other than that, love it. Boots up in less than 5 sec on SSD

So far so good.. Playing D3 and audition no problem. But when using internet will freezz awhile.

Maybe the win down 8 not stable yet?
