If they already decided that Astrea IV no good, then surely Astrea V also no good, why need to keep on asking?

That's true.

If an item is no good, The ability to sell more and more of it.. .does not make it better.

Mortgage back securities was no good but it flooded the market and was met with demand for a few years before it collapsed.


But .. it's a judgement call. u judge the risk to be low enough for the type of yield. Then go ahead.
