New EC at Sumang Walk

People usually feel the price is high when buy property, after 2 years they feel the price is OK liao, after 5 years they regret not bought bigger property 5 years ago hahaha

Run pass with spouse during our morning run. Looks majestic for EC. I think the exterior more solid than Ola and even Piermont! Really great purchase!

Talking about setting benchmark psf... which EC do you'll think will be next to set another benchmark psf??? My friend is telling me CCK will have one coming soon! I'm staying around the area and i did some search and saw this.. https://executivecondolaunch.com/tengah-ec/... government heavily promoting the tengah area... do you'll think the new upcoming ECs will be EX??

Seems there's hardly any west side launch other than this tengah one :( all existing EC are in Sembawang, punggol, sengkang area... so boring!!!! 😪 sorry i'm a Westie haha!!!

there 2 relatively new resale ECs in your area too. Rainforest and Blossom Residences 😄.

Blossom i dont like the area.... Rainforest i've viewed.. depending on how the owner maintain their units, i think the condo is quite nice but was thinking of getting something brand new if possible... never had any luck with BTOs!!! :cry:

The tengah EC caught my attention since it should be the first in a brand new town and near where i'm staying now... but not sure when it'll launch n the price next time.... just hoping it'll not be too EX

Tengah EC land price is expensive.. expect average price maybe 13XX psf..

for Tengah EC, prepare for 13xx-14xxpsf as their land bid price is abv $600ppr ..

If EC in those area $1400psf, then PC is $1,700psf? I cannot believe it despite considering market environment today. Lets see which "siao lang" will buy
