Hello! It loads rather 'jerkily' on mobile and it also takes awhile to load.

The big fat ad on top is super annoying, but other than that it looks much prettier than the previous one!

Yes, we realized this after we went live -- we couldn't experience this in our test server environment. That plus, the size of the ad itself.

We're working with relevant teams to help smoothen this. Will need a little more time to get a resolution -- along with other aspects flagged. Appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!

It's currently set to refresh after a fixed time-frame -- we've earmarked it for a 'speedier refresh rate'. Let's see if our dev team will let us tweak.

This is still present... but it's now called Conversations. New software, new name -- we can't change this

4. thread does not go to the last page last post after we make a new reply (instead, the following message "Messages have been posted since you loaded this page. View them?" appears)

The UI elements should be made more compact..

Thanks for the effort in helping streamline. Several elements cut across different systems (forums and the main site) and the fact that one layout now has to work for both mobile and desktop. That's the reason we can't immediately knead things this way. It looks great from a design perspective. Execution is a different thing considering all the other to-do tasks that are on my developers' task list and inter-dependencies that we need to assess.

We'll see how we can work towards compaction; just needs time to refine
