Using hotel/shopping mall WiFi then can surf HWZ.

I don’t know why I have this intermittent problem of not being able to see avatars or some emojis. I reported the problem before, but the reply doesn’t help. Thereafter, somehow the avatars came back. Then now cannot see again. My home wifi is the problem but not sure how to change it.

Office wifi and 4G don’t have the issue.

what DNS are you using? it’s probably the reason why

I tested in incognito and also diff browser to be certain before I ask.

what DNS are you using? it’s probably the reason why

Hence, if you're using VPN or a different DNS service than the norm, you could be affected.

But please do share more details to help us troubleshoot or find ways to alleviate the limitations faced.

as you start scrolling, the ad will follow you

It was working perfectly fine until the password issue came about. Initially I thought it didn't allow me to post reply until I updated my password but it will still not working afterwards.

Thanks for the feedback.

Our Tech team is aware of the issue. It appears to be due to new changes made by Facebook's mobile site denying external sites to embed their content.

We are not sure if this is intentional by Facebook and have to wait and see if Facebook make further changes to resolve the issue.

Hello there, for about three weeks now, I have been greeted with blank page whenever I clicked the forums.

Initially one refresh will load the page, these two days, I need to refresh at least 10 times to load.

Was it because of the ad blocker?

Most likely. Have you tried using your browser in Incognito mode without any extension or addon?

iirc that blank page is an overlay. you can just block it

Yeah I tried Chrome without ad block can load properly. New implementation ah?

Tried liao, now my scroll kena disabled, need to refresh multiple times to bring back scroll lol
