Are you using Adblock? You may not be seeing the ad above the sidebar, thus an empty space there.

I do see the ad, so I get why the sidebar is half way down.

But I remb last time it will follow you all the way down.

That is strange, mine will scroll all the way down. Have you tried using another browser or browser incognito mode?

I tested in incognito and also diff browser to be certain before I ask.

Checked with our Tech team. The URL format appears to be different from what is supported by the forum software. It may be because Kaltura changed the format of their URLs and they have became unacceptable by the forum software.

We will update again when there is a fix to this issue. Thanks for spotting it.

Some of our Moderators also encountered this recently while using certain browsers, ie brave, duckduckgo and opera. This is likely a browser issue as we did not make any change to our forum avatar settings. Please try using other browsers.

Any idea how come my chrome browser normal mode cannot see my user profile and watch list but in Incognito mode can see? I cant even log out from my normal mode to see whether the issue still persist anot.

This is likely due to your browser addons, such as adblockers. Please try disabling your browser addons.
