No need to wait for expiry. I "synchronized" one of my card with another 2.

Usually, port out from SIMBA is a non issue and on the same day at 11pm.

I bought it over the counter at that authorized reatialer shop at TJ Road, Blk 1. In fact, any retailer shops listed on Heya webby are good.

Very simple. Tell them you wanna buy Heya sim and port. They will do it on the spot by keying in your desired port in number. Less than 10 minutes process. Paid $10, pick up the sim card and go home and wait. Not supposed to pay anything other than that $10. Not even 5 cents extra for a plastic bag to tapao you Heya SIM card.

The port out and port in process will take place between 11pm to 230am.

As simple as nric, mobile number and telco on the spot over the counter.

They have a handheld device to enter the details on the spot.

IMHO.
Never tried on my TPG. It is very hard to use finish the 100GB because of the slow speed it was giving me.
For Heya.SG, when I was testing, I can burn thru 50GB in a matter of days.

Hi I would like to ask, during sign up, I did a port in from M1. And I signed up at the roadshow booth. The signup promo was the usual 100gb, etc but you also can choose extra idd / extra roaming data / extra 50gb for free as their new promo.

It's been 6 days going 7 tomorrow. I have not received the 50gb extra. But my friend who signed up yesterday told me she has received her 50gb today.

Last week the entire signup process was done by the staff at the roadshow booth. Yesterday one was the same except the choosing of the free 50gb must be done by users. So my friend sign up yesterday and she receive Sms today from heya to choose. 3hrs later it was added. Meaning 100gb + 50gb.

I brought it up to their chat on the app. The staff told me they don't know about this promo and my account isn't tag to this 50gb. Wth! I remember I chose it at the point of signing up.

What can I do now?

SMS in Malaysia is can. Incoming can ring but nothing when answered.

Since your reply is addressing kelvinti's post on Maxx, by "this plan" if you meant heya, it is only FOC within 60 days and will only remain active after this period if you buy plan again.

So you mean Heya anytime topup $10 will get renewal another 100GB. Max data capped rollover at 200GB only
