I see it as Heya was created to compete with Simba.
It seems successful as I have ported 2 lines from Simba.

Simba speed and connections is a pain.

If you top up earlier, would you lose the current remaining time ? Say if you topup 3 days ahead, you lose 3 days ?

If I am not mistaken, it is not to the hours and minutes but by day. So as long as the top up is done before 2359hs, the roll over will take place.

I think heya don’t have a channel for this service yet. Cos that’s what one of the retailer told me. They very headache cos customer go to them and they don’t have anything to replace SIM card.

I think heya should just charge $15 or something and make this service official. So all retailers can still serve you And both party benefit. You get back your number and the retailer make small service fee

Before I got onboard, replacement was not important, until they gave me a nice number.
The worse case scenario now is to port over to another provider.

actually random edmwer also need SIM card for otp and stuff.

suddenly mainstream telcos seems more reliable.

anyway what’s the cheapest 5g sim only plan ? after so much haggle to leave StarHub , I am

IMHO.
That is why my main SIM is Singtel.
I think Zym 5G is below $20 which is on the Singtel network. I can get > 1000Mbps at certain location.
