Sharing my POV for Heya,

Checked with Heya, for roadshows only tampines and hougang opens daily. the rest on weekends. Their poster info is incorrect.

done the porting request at the official roadshow at Hougang, no more rice, they replace it with coffee powder.

the request is done at ard 1 pm 11/12. received sms saying porting is successful (from M1 Maxx previously) only can use sim card on 12.12.

true enough 12am on 12.12 sim card activated but only can send sms, make outgoing calls and use data but could not receive anything.

Live Chat says wait for at least 24 hours for full functionality.

Did not experience this when I ported to M1 maxx last time.

Updated: at 12pm, full phone functionality. but not sure where is the promotional items

They will credit $10 into your heya wallet within 3 working days.

No. They only accept port-in from non-Singtel number.

same, the staff say i cant port vivifi to heya... so i ported to maxx instead

Yes from the shop, initially they said cannot they told me Vivifi is under singtel,i told them go ahead and port to heya,any problem i will look for Heya.That how i got my line ported in from vivifi to heya.
After my successful port in,received a sms from Heya.askng me to choose,Free $3 IDD or Free 50GB or free 1GB roaming for 1 mth. I choose free 1 gb roaming. Now i have total 2GB of roaming.

I think a lot ppl won't risk port failure for their main line. probably can play ard for secondary line

Incredible 5g experience! I had the chance to try out 5g for 3 days and I can tell that it's really very fast. But as i juggle between heya 4g and 5g from another telco (2 phones), I can tell that I am not missing alot even if I'm on 4g
