Is there a minimum tied in period before porting out? If my data plan expired and currently only on base plan, can I port out?

Furthermore, first month with heya is free if you port over from non Singtel - you will get $10 credits in your heya app after a few days. Able to use the credits to purchase the IDD add-on

IMHO.
You mean that the cmlink deal also have rollover data for local and roaming ? Hmm... can consider if like that.

my main line I don't even use more than 20gb on singtel sim only.

port out heya to cmlink, rollover is useless for data 100gb over.
