If i’m travel to countries other than Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. For eg, China or Japan, can heya able to receive any SMS?

Are there any features that cannot be used on the heya plan?

heya does not support these features:
-Roaming calls/SMS services while overseas
-Outgoing local calls to 1900 numbers
-Incoming and outgoing video calling
-Incoming and outgoing MMS
-Outgoing Global SMS
-Transfer of ownership
-5G

Erm.... I don't really know.
Anyway, it started in May via an SMS. I think I "joined" by doing top-up.
This number I paid via the Heya app. I need to check if my other numbers, paid thru Shopee, have or not.

my plan is currently on base plan expiring on 21 Nov.

in order to extend the validity, do i just purchase $3 IDD add?

qns 2, after the add on is purchased, i assume my line will have another 30 days validity for idd call. and after 30 days, will i fall back to base plan for another 30 days?
