If $10 plan is 200gb local data and 200gb for selected countries roaming data, then the ads is providing misleading info.
really sia, the plan is actually 200gb for local singapore and 200 for selected roaming countries. it is not 400gb together, which people mostly will be assuming it is.

it is only revealed under the FAQ session. there is nowhere in the main page stating that.

what’s the hurry to get yourself stuck? there are many other IT shows lined up down the road and similar deals will be offered again.

although it’s unlikely a bad choice to go with Singtel, trial for a month or two to see if you really like it. if I were you, I would take the port-in promo, and defer topups till next IT show.

I understand that outgoing global sms is not supported. Does it mean iPhone users cannot activate iMessage if they port to heya?

hope soon heya will include roaming data for further places like taiwan to stay competitive.

Port in from Singtel are not eligible. Wonder what about port in from Singtel mvno eg vivifi, zym, zero1, CMLink?

Is porting out of heya possible during the base plan, aka grace period. Has anyone tried this?
