HWZ Article: Best smartphone, tablet, and telco deals from Comex 2025

Heya (by Singtel) SG60 Seniors Plan

100fc7d49372c8ce476a5c465a1d37788d2dcbfd38e94bef91a7c2c9ba309fe0

Heya by SingTel booth (8505), Level 4.

HWZ
If your parents or grandparents are above 60 years of age, you’ll be able to get a great deal by porting in their existing number to Heya by Singtel. As part of the brand’s SG60 promotions, eligible seniors porting existing numbers into Heya will get six months free, with the plan costing S$5 a month after that. This plan comes with 200GB of local 4G data and 200GB of roaming data in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, but you’ll have to act fast as the promotion will end on 31 August 2025, or whenever 6,000 seniors have signed up for it.

As for Comex-exclusive promotions, there’s 1-for-1 top ups (limited to two per customer) for S$30 and S$50 top ups. If you’re porting in your number to Heya at Comex, you’ll get two months free of either the S$10/month or S$13/month plans.

You can find the Heya booth (8505) tucked away near the back corner of the hall on Level 4.

topped up 30 dollars for Heya, but after renewing plan, capped at 200 gb local data, asked support about it and was told rollover is not applicable already, would be porting out after finishing the 30 dollars
Their tnc nv update?

Not sure about senior plan, but recently I port in my other spare Eight number to heya.

Given that heya provide free 1-mth for non-Singtel port in, I subsequently received sms from heya stating my wallet is top up - $10, which will be utilised for the following mth's plan.

Maybe you want to show your sms from heya and screenshot in your heya app?

Thanks for the information. I am not the subscriber, was trying to help my uncle.

You mentioned you were using Eight and I see that there's a $10 in your wallet. Will the plan be auto renewed upon expiry like Eight?

Yep, it will auto renew for the following month. For subsequent months, you need to top up the monthly plan - I think can use credit card / debit card for auto-renewal

Eight has a switch for auto renew so whether it auto renew or not depends on the state of the switch.
Not sure how is it for heya.
