Ok, the shop that I sing-up from Bedok gave me their HP number and ask me pay via Pay Now and need to SMS/Whatsapp after that. They will help to top-up for me. I will try Shopee as well for next month

IMHO. IIRC.
Heya.SG will send SMS twice, 3 days and 1 day. Usually I also add to my calendar.
The Shopee seller got 2 product a) 50GB Data Plan $10 and b) Main Balance $10
The response quite fast, I ordered online around 1am, within 10mins, the seller activate it for me.

Don't try to top-up at 15days into the month, they won't give you back 15days and exp date will be just 30day after last top up.

Second line is ded still. I guess if location specific then i wont be able to use it anymore but was working fine previously the past few months.
Still quite intermittent on and off. This is possibly the only other page.
