Yes for now may have to work on this method ( required to monitor n renew on due date).
Hope heya can improve and see the needs n important to allow auto renewal on due date like many other operators.
You can consider Zero1 $12 Jumbo plan for 60 GB. Sometime back they enabled auto renewal if you added your credit card details.

If zero1 has Volte for Redmi Note 10s may consider...
I dropped giga as Volte is not supported for my hp, volte is necessary otherwise call waiting n some other features won't work.

From what I know the advantages of VoLTE are clearer voice, faster call connection and ability to use data over 4G during the call. Features like call waiting is still available on 3G, I have used it before on Zero Starter plan.

Is Heya under low data priority compared to other Singtel users?

Super low.

I've used SingTel, Gomo and Heya and I can say without a doubt that Heya is rock bottom. Sometimes congested places (like Orchard MRT) cannot even call or SMS even though full bar 4G+. Gomo never had that issue but sometimes data can be less than 10Mbps when crowded. SingTel always fastest, never had issues. MVNOs probably same priority as Gomo just without VoLTE.

Does Singtel have zero throttling or still have slight throttling during congestion?

I used to by on Singtel combo plan but that was a long long time ago so I can’t really compare as now might be different. In recent times, I was on GOMO and now Zero1, both experience throttling during congestion. Sometimes the speed can be below 1 Mbps depending on the severity of the congestion and also the location (for example in an area far from the transmitter).

SingTel usually only throttles when the node is busy, which is quite often now because they have so many MVNOs. Even so the throttling is very little.

how data roll over works? can roll over until 200gb cap without any restriction unlike giga rollover for 2 renewal cycles.

I think there is no restriction.
I have it since May 22. My recent top up of $10, got me only 7GB because it has reached the 200 GB max.

I think in this thread ( or somewhere ), someone commented that Heya.SG is a no-no for MRT because it is lower priority.

wah so jialat. no point to get this line if it's unusable during peak hours mrt travel.
IMHO.
That is based on a few users feedback. Anyway, $10 is worth a try, maybe work for you?
It has been good for me so far. E.g. Whatsapp video call from driving PIE to TPE ( via BKE, Mandai, SLE ).

I cannot use on the MRT at all times, SingTel doesn't have enough capacity on B3 for all their users (including MVNOs). Heya is behind all of them, so unless you take MRT at 5-6am, should be q hard to get any usable speed. Even calls are dropping when on the MRT.

But before taking the plunge for short trial, research for retailers that do not charge for the SIM.

1 retailer charges $10 SIM (I close 1 eye), while another claimed many also charging as much as $15 when I counter-checked again.

Dunno can report to Singtel or not.
I early adopter, so maybe don't have this issue.

All these overcharging assholes must be reported to the telco for action.
