Anyone can help on this?
IMHO.
You can buy the following
a) Heya Data Plan $10 ( official & 3rd party vendor )
b) Heya $5 IDD ( official & 3rd party vendor )
c) Heya Balance $10 Top-Up ( 3rd party vendor )

For a) when you buy, it should be activated immediately on the same day i.e. you should buy on the day of expiry. No need to use app.

For c) you can buy anytime. The $10 would be stored in the account balance. On the day of expiry, you use the app to buy the data plan yourself.

The official vendor in Lazada, you key in your mobile number and choose what you want to buy.
The 3rd party vendor in Shopee, you put your mobile number in the comments box.

For a) and b), the vendor I bought from last time was eReloadSG in Shopee.

The data plan is inclusive of the 100Gb, talktime and sms right? So if I buy the data plan before the expiry date, data talktime and sms will be roll over to the next month?

IMHO.
The data plan is 50GB+50GB+TalkTime+SMS. The 1st 50GB will be credited. The next day onwards, then credit the other 50GB. They will inform you via SMS.

I never buy before expiry. Usually I buy on the day of expiry. 🤣 So far no issue with the rollover.
In that sense, you can buy whenever you like .e.g maybe your data run out - you buy, you get 30-days of 50+50GB.

Ya sure. But again not like they can do anything about it. At most feedback to Singtel and see if they take any action.

The same incident happen when I took MR line. Signal strength was damn bad at my house area. Feedback and MR can only escalate the matter to SH but doubt there is actions taken
