Ya sure. But again not like they can do anything about it. At most feedback to Singtel and see if they take any action.

The same incident happen when I took MR line. Signal strength was damn bad at my house area. Feedback and MR can only escalate the matter to SH but doubt there is actions taken
IMHO.
If I am not mistaken, Heya IS Singtel.

How is Heya's stability when compared to Vivifi? So far using vv has been relatively great but just curious if Heya is better due to the lower price and more data bandwidth. Anyone who has used both can share their experience?

More data, not bandwidth. In fact, likely less bandwidth aka deprioritised. :p

I guess most MVNOs' network nodes are deprioritized as they only loan network infrastructures from MNOs. Just curious if it's worth the switch. 100GB at just 10 bucks a month, on Singtel's network, and having rollover data monthly seems like the greatest deal so far even better than what most other MVNOs are offering even SIMBA. The only caveats are monthly prepaid top-ups, IDD limited to SEA, and no data roaming add-ons when traveling overseas.

Honestly speaking:

1. For top up can done via online platform
2. If travelling, rather buy the local sim card better in case roaming don't works. I think that is more safer and trustworthy

Experience with Heya is better than Changi Mobile / Giga / Zero1.
Every morning I need to use my phone as soft token and the response is very prompt

It many much depend on location. But since Heya under singtel network it would be a better option on coverage.

I have both Heya and CL now.
Can safety say that Heya is better then CL for coverage since it is using Singtel.

I take bus to work everyday and there is certain spot along Bukit Panjang and the expressway which CL always cuts off the signal completely. For Heya, the signal drops but still useable.

If wanna sign up den have to be quick. They have 150GB for the first 3 months which is ending 30 April
Just to be aware indoor eg home. During certain peak hours can be low speed eg 10Mbps only. So overall still can use .

Yes. Circles life use M1 network. So Heya Singtel still better coverage.
