What I did was go other MVNO and look for nice number and port over.
I got my super duper nice number from MR and deciding to port over to Heya or ZYM
IMHO.
Port over to ZYM. At least won't forgot to top-up. :ROFLMAO:
I am trying to move my nice number over to Zym... but have to do double step.

IMHO.
My main SIM is Singtel. Got most of the services including roaming. Secondary are TPG, Heya.SG and recently Zym.
Do you happen to frequent crowded areas like MRT (at platform and inside train cabin) during peak hours (6:30 pm to 7:30 pm)?

It will be really interesting to compare Singtel vs Zym/Heya to see if Singtel line is able to withstand speed throttling in the above circumstances.

Having used GOMO, Zero1 and now Zym, all of them get speed throttled badly during those circumstances.

Long and complicated story short, at the moment, I cannot do the testing as the SIngtel is not in an ATAS mobile phone and also I am not available during those super peak hours. I wanted to do some testing but will be at a later stage.

I however did some testing during morning peak at City Hall before. However, it is not conclusive because there is no baseline and also the data was inconsistent.

But my pre-analysis, it is actually not throttled - basically just too many people on Singtel.

Singtel has different QCI for network prioritisation. This will affect the level of throttling during a network congestion. Others have reported that Singtel MVNOs have QCI of 9 (lower number being better), and it is probably ranked as follows. Note that the ranking is not verified.

- SingTel Business Postpaid Mobile
- SingTel Consumer Postpaid Mobile
- SingTel GOMO
- SingTel MVNOs
- SingTel Prepaid / Heya

In a way, no need to even go further into QCI.
Zym and Heya.SG both do speedtest side by side, both already cannot achieve maximum speed.

You mean cannot achieve maximum speed during congestion? Singtel can during congestion?

Two mobile, one Zym and the other Heya.SG, both do speedtest.net at the same time, both cannot get maximum speed.
Singtel, I never test, cos in non atas phone. Max I think only like 30-40 Mbps. 🤣

Once you cross to Malaysia, you do manual network search.
Look for and select to connect to MyMaxis or U-Mobile.
Next to the signal bar will be an R.
From another Singtel phone, I can send SMS and make a call ( but did not pick up ).

P.S. I found my notes dated 14 April 2023. 🤣
