Singtel has different QCI for network prioritisation. This will affect the level of throttling during a network congestion. Others have reported that Singtel MVNOs have QCI of 9 (lower number being better), and it is probably ranked as follows. Note that the ranking is not verified.

- SingTel Business Postpaid Mobile
- SingTel Consumer Postpaid Mobile
- SingTel GOMO
- SingTel MVNOs
- SingTel Prepaid / Heya
It seems Zym Mvnos being higher then Heya and performance better??

So tester conclusion is it no3 zym better then no4 Heya???
:D
Heya should have auto monthly deduction from main balance or card. This will benefit everyone. It's a waste of time for users manually checking monthly. :)

heya and zym are kind of different .. heya services are kind of for local use with no roaming addons under "prepaid" category.

Gomo, Zym .. vivifi .. cmlink are full MVNO providing roaming services =)

I guess depends on the person require and is best for them .. i wont say good or bad for heya but with $10 plan now heya is not really competitive with roaming limitations.

U r right, depends on individual needs. For me, I prefer to buy overseaa local sim card den to depend on roaming. Sometimes roaming doesnt work den end up have to buy local sim too
