Saw on their website mentioning validity is 60 days, so does that mean a topup is only required within the 60 days to keep the line active?

Every 30 days u need to top up for data and outgoing calls. The base plan(free incoming call) last for 60 days if u nv top up. After 60 days ur line will be terminated

I like how businesses come up with excuses to charge customers more. Like this BYOB thing, offset carbon footprint thingy. I am sure the money never goes back to preserving the environment. Anyway, happy start of 5centing to disposable bags!

Heya so far so good for me, wanted to switch over to vivifi or simba for the free 1gb roaming and then Heya suddenly have it in the nick of time when i was preparing to swtich. So now i is happy. and i got 250gb data every month. So cool.

- Local calls valid till 6 Jul
- Local SMS valid till 6 Jul

which day should I top up? 5 Jul, 6 Jul or 7 Jul in order to enjoy the rollover?

IMHO.
You can use *119# to check as well.
To play safe, buy the Heya Plan ( data ) on the 6 July.

just my pure guess, on 7jul 0000hr u will lose call and sms ability. on 8jul 0000hr u will lose data also.

for moi, moi data will always end faster than calls+sms(expiry dates).

thus imo, top up on 6 jul day time ba to be safe.

Normally I only see the data expiry date and top up $10 on that same day. Is there any changes nowadays??

nope. all good. just that I'm first-timer, so checking.

I topped up today (6 Jul) and everything swee swee, all roll-over to new cycle. next "valid till 5 Aug".

so will top up on the date it is "valid till".
