They're not breaching the T&C's. It clearly states 200GB is the maximum rollover. Yes we got 250GB last time but that's irrelevant.
The top up algorithm has changed. Last time the maximum rollover was only checked for the base top up of 50GB. The bonus top up of 50GB doesn't check the maximum rollover. Hence many people got 250GB.
Now the top up is only done once at 100GB directly, and maximum rollover of 200GB is enforced immediately after that.
So yes you may have 240GB data and when you buy the data plan it will drop to 200GB. If you don't need the rollover just top up after your data plan expiry date and it will restart at 100GB.
If I were u, I do the top up today. 11 or 12 sept, 1 day diff only.ok, I need some help again... just realised that they changed the interface such that it now shows:
Data: xx.x GB (9 days left)
Local calls: xxx mins (1 days left)
Local SMS: xx SMS (1 days left)
My last top up was on 13 Aug. Is it valid until 12 Sep or 11 Sep (30 days), which is.. today?
Should I top up today or tomorrow ah?
if you do *119#, you will get the exact date.ok, I need some help again... just realised that they changed the interface such that it now shows:

*119# says Exp 12-09-23if you do *119#, you will get the exact date.
*119# says Exp 12-09-23
so I should top up today (11-09-23) correct?
anyway I already top up... I counted and today is the 30th day (including the day I previously top up as 1st day) so I guess after today it is technically expired liao (31st day) so to ensure the rollover, I just top up today... hope I did it right.
Lastly, please note it is fine to purchase the $10 data plan (from wallet or Lazada or Shopee or physical retailer) on the last day of expiry. My data expires on 25 August (the mobile app will say 0 days left, it's all good, data is still there), so I can buy the plan anytime between 00:00 and 23:59 hours today on 25 August to maximize the expiry date and also enjoy the rollover benefits.
Of course please don't wait until 23:59 buy the plan because if there is some delay activating the plan on their backend (online retailer is slow to buy for you, backend issues etc.), then you will lose all rollover benefits.
You will still get the bonus 50GB data though.
care to share why? how is zym better than heya?is there a minimum period i need to be with heya before port out? i wanted port in to zym but zym say my number blacklisted by singtel..
alamak, I already top up. nvmd will try next month.. my next Exp is 11-10-23.Base on the post above, you can top up on the day of expiry, ie 12-09-23 (0 days left), for your case.
i like the unlimited calls and 5g.care to share why? how is zym better than heya?
CSOs are ignorant, which isn't necessarily their fault. They are located in a certain sub-continent and they have never owned or used a Heya line in their life.alamak, I already top up. nvmd will try next month.. my next Exp is 11-10-23.
strange that the CSO I chatted with say I should top up today to ensure rollover...
They are not.IMHO.
They are not breaching the T&C when data go over 200GB ?
Base on the post above, you can top up on the day of expiry, ie 12-09-23 (0 days left), for your case.

too bad I top up already before reading your reply... nvmd, lesson learnt.CSOs are ignorant, which isn't necessarily their fault. They are located in a certain sub-continent and they have never owned or used a Heya line in their life.
You can top up anytime on the exact day of expiry. In your case, since your date of expiry is 12 Sep 2023, you can top up anytime from 00:00 - 23:59 hours on 12 Sep 2023 to keep the rollover benefits, as well as maximize your expiry.
I wouldn't recommend topping up at the very last minute though as the top-up does take a few minutes to come in, depending on which vendor you choose on Lazada / Shopee. I have only ever used the official Heya store on Shopee and the top up has always come in within 10 minutes. Mostly within 5 minutes.
But I don't wait until the last minute so it isn't an issue for me. I would say to be safe, top up anytime during the day if you're not a night owl and sleep before midnight. Perhaps during breakfast or lunch.
Just set a calendar reminder if it helps.
No there isn't. You can stay with them for only one day and port out immediately.is there a minimum period i need to be with heya before port out? i wanted port in to zym but zym say my number blacklisted by singtel..
It's only one day so you don't lose much, like the other helpful person said. I would also trust the CSO if I didn't know better from my own experience.too bad I top up already before reading your reply... nvmd, lesson learnt.
next month will top up on date of expiry.
Sorry I don't understand what you're going on about. Maybe it's just me, I'm too stupid. Sorry.IMHO.
You reckon they will give back the above 200GB data if they are not ?
