For time beingMeans everything must go heya shop to do??
Do we get the card in the shop and get activated same day??IMHO.
Buy Heya.SG sim card must go to the shop.
Shop
- Top Up - Main Balance
- Buy data plan
Online
- Some shops offer paynow services to buy data plan
- Lazada - Buy data plan ( not sure got Top-Up Main Balance )
- Shopee - Buy Data plan & Top-Up Main Balance
Top-Up main balance is like put $ in the wallet to be used later. You can use the Heya.SG app to buy the data plan using the main balance.
IMHO.Do we get the card in the shop and get activated same day??
Mine was the following day cause I ported.Do we get the card in the shop and get activated same day??
I just bought Heya sim today and activate immediately.IMHO.
Yes.
IMHO.Heya every month is must top up? No automatic deduct from CC or something?
IMHO.I just bought Heya sim today and activate immediately.
Heya Speed tested so average 50dl and 25ul on the street level which is much more faster then TPG on the same location.
I have not test at MRT
There is no doubt the Singtel network is much better then TPG network.IMHO.
Let us know what u think for MRT.
A few days back, I put TPG into my phone to use a the main SIM. In my locations, the response is not as good as Heya.SG and I find that at times, I need to switch over to Heya.SG.
IMHO.There is no doubt the Singtel network is much better then TPG network.
The Heya shop mention no top up within 90days and the line will be terminated.
This is easy.
Example If we use up the 100GB in 10days then are we suppose to pay renew $10 to get another 100GB or have to wait 30days?
Hmm, last year Dec I went to Vietnam. I managed to receive bank OTP for my Heya. Of course, when people tried to call me and I want to answer the call, the call cannot connect. I didnt activate data roaming on my phone.
Which 4G rounter is good to use as home broadband alternative?IMHO.
The way Heya.SG works is that it has a Base (or Main) Plan and the Data Plan.
Every time a Data Plan is purchase, the Base Plan expiry with automatically be extended 2 months.
E.g.
On 1st Jan
Base Plan expiry 26-Feb
Data Plan expiry is 27-Jan
If a Data Plan is purchased on the 27-Jan
Base Plan expiry will change to 27-Mar ( 2 Months )
whereas the Data Plan expiry will be 26-FEb ( 1 Month )
If by 26-Feb no purchase of the Data Plan is made, the SIM will expire base on the Base Plan which is on 27-Mar.
After the Data Plan has expired, will also lose the rollover.
To your question, if you use up 100GB in 10 days, you can buy another data plan for another $100GB - but personally I have not done that before.
Actually I was studying that it is actually quite feasible to replace home broadband if at the location, the speed is sufficient. The most if use up 100GB, can just top up another $10. Moreover, there are 4G routers that also can plug in an analog telephone to use the mobile number. IIRC, I tried with TPG as well as Heya.SG before.
