You can buy 3 things.
1. Data plan
2. IDD plan
3. Credit

If you buy data plan, means the day your plan expire, you must buy.
If you buy credit, means you buy it earlier and the $10 will be in the wallet. On the day your plan expire, you can buy the data plan from the app.
If you use finish the data within the month, you can also buy the data plan for another 50GB.

thanks a lot. so essentially sentence 1 and 2 meant the same thing if i want to use as per normal postpaid every month? just that the way to "pay bill" is different.

This few days I find my Heya Speed getting slower at times less then 10Mbps.

Seems to be. But after 3 months, the limit would be 200GB.
I tried to stream a lot of video, actually find that it will take effort to use just 50GB.

If slow down, I must go de-promote Heya.SG already.

If you use is as home broadband alternative. 100GB easily use up. In the other hand if DL 50Mbps , UL 25Mbps maintain constant speed at home. Its all good as broadband

Heya for me indoor lowest 25Mbps DL and 10Mbps UL during peak hours.
TPG much lower for my indoor.
But I found many shopping centre easily can see TPG repeater installed.

It should a box router like with logo TPG on the ceiling. Some air con food court have it too.

I think cannot be done. Just wait until one day before your Heya.SG data plan expire, then port over your current number. The port over got limitation - Singtel cannot port over. Anyway now port in, 150GB.

Yes it cannot be done. I wanted to do the same too, cannot be done.

Yes it cannot be done. I wanted to do the same too, cannot be done.

Just brought a new line from Heya. App is shows 50GB though. Not sure when will it reflect the 150GB
