IMHO.
I prefer Heya because they are Singtel and SIngtel Network.
The VoLTE also no need app. It just work on all my mobiles.
I actually port over 2 from TPG.

You have to see the area you frequent. Some locations the performance is damn jialat.
Like my location, for download, TPG was 1-digit until they activate their 5G.
Heya most of the time is 3-digits.

Subscribed to a high SImba plan for the purpose of roaming overseas.
Tested roaming working.
In USA, failed to work.
Anyway, Heya got 3 countries Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
Slipped the card into the mobile of an end-user.
Brought over to Malaysia, it just work ! No need to meddle with the APN, etc.
The roaming is 1GB with rollover. My cards now all 4GB of roaming.
Will be using them soon.

I believe you CAN port in from Vivifi / ZYM / Zero1 / CMLink to Heya. These all use Singtel network but they are NOT "Singtel plans".

What it means is that you CANNOT port in from Singtel Postpaid or Gomo to Heya, as they are both "Singtel plans". For these two, you have to port out first to say Giga or M1 Maxx, then port in to Heya. It isn't as troublesome as it sounds.

Wow one more query.

my nephew gonna go port out MyRepublic to heya later at a roadshow booth for kfc voucher.

my brother now on singtel prepaid. Is it straightforward process to port out to heya?

You need go to Singtel shop to convert the prepaid number to postpaid first.

You cannot crossover from Singtel Prepaid to Starhub Postpaid just like that.

Singtel Prepaid -> Singtel Postpaid -> Starhub Postpaid.

Afterwhich, you can convert to heya.

Some info.
I read (previously) can transfer Singtel prepaid to M1 prepaid. Not sure possible for Singtel Prepaid to Starhub prepaid. Was also reading for Starhub prepaid to Starhub Star Plan can do via the Starhub app.
