Hi, anyone knows how to stop SMS promotion coming from heya? Everyday it sends me sms promo, super annoying...

Block number so calls / sms won't be seen lor.

Found out that if you lost your SIM card, you've lost your number. They don't do SIM card replacement. If you got credit, only option is to sign up for another account/line and then request to transfer credit from old to new line.

I recently did it. Just text UNSUB to 74005. You will get a confirmation in around an hour. Just don't block the contact because you'll be blocking OTP as well.

i think, they are using the same zym tactics. I got third month free from zym previously, they will charge you first month first, then second month free, third month then charge

I did, but directly with their popup store. I think they intentionally place one of their heya promoter next to Eight's SIM collection point. For me is free SIM, free first month and got another free $10 credit. They also got give free gifts from their spin wheel thing
