I'm using Heya to park number, bringing the $3 IDD topup cost per 60 days even lower lol :LOL::LOL:
Hi, I am considering porting to Heya to park number. Are incoming SMS and basic data available with IDD top up? What are the services provided for base plan?

Check faq. All ans r inside
Found the answers on their website.

All heya SIM Cards come with a recurring base plan:

$0 (Usual Price: $3)

FREE Incoming Calls

Validity of 60 days
Each heya IDD Add-on costs $5 and is valid for 30 days upon the date of purchase. All IDD calls are charged on a per-minute basis and will be deducted from the $5 IDD Add-on credit.

Can only receive incoming calls and make IDD calls upon IDD top up with base plan. All other services are blocked.

Thanks!

Since there is this IT show promotion.
The top up $30 get and $35 back
I am very tempted by this promotion
but I am not able to number port my number today
maybe a few months later

So anyone tried this before
sign up for a new number today
then 2-3 months later
port my circle number and replace this new number

wow guys, heya dont actively provide sim card replacement for sim card.

if you lost your sim card, you will need to chat with the agent, and they will put up a request to the relevant team, and this will take 3 to 5 working days.

better not lose your sim card, or swap to a telco where you need instant sim card replacement.

so i chatted with them again yday, and they made an appointment for me to head down to my preferred retailer to collect the replacement sim card. will update how it went.

Think your port out to another MNO also much faster than their replacement SIM downtime. Imagine it's your main SIM linked to bank otps etc.

think you are right. but im just using the number for parking.

felt so weird with the replacement process.

went down to the selected retailer. i asked the boss about card replacement, whether heya informed them about my request. the boss was puzzled, and passed me a blank heya card.

he told me to check with heya and see whether the support is able to port my number to the blank card. didnt request any personal details from me. thereafter i chatted with the CSO online, gave them the card serial, and in an hour, my number was ported to the card.

no need to pay anything either.

So I guess there's actually no downtime and customers can just walk in to get a blank card for replacement lol.
