Just to check can we diy upgrade the ssd or ram? For the mbp 13 inches?

RAM is nowadays always soldered on. For SSD, beware that often Apple's connectors are a bit different, even if they use the same interface protocol.

Apple maintains strict price control over their products, new or not so new models. At most the shops give freebies to sweeten the deal

The flagship 15" rMBP with 512GB SSD costs a whopping 3.9K+! It's getting more and more expensive. I felt my current 2015 model is already very ex, let alone this. :o

My previous rMBP flagship with 512gb SSD and 16GB RAM (2013 model), bought at $3,500+. Kinda sad that they increase the lineups...

But for 2016 lineups? Hahaha... My friend told me if i go with 13 inch max specs, $3000++ but still no dedicated GPU what for... Im still thinking should i go with MBP or just switch to Windows...

I would suggest you go for the 2015 MacBook Pro. It is more than capable enough to complete your task.

For the technical side, the new 15 inch MBP are using AMD GPU. So, Adobe accelerated software will use OpenCL. I dun really understand this CUDA, OpenCl thing.

But from what I know, OpenCL performs slower than CUDA (NVIDIA GPU).

I actually need FCPX for my home editing, simple video making. And I also need Premiere Pro for my school professional editing.

I know for video editing CPU is the main thing. But only Adobe implement the GPU usage for better performance and rendering time.

13 inch with touch bar + 16GB RAM + 3.3GHz i7 up to 3.6GHz + Iris 550 + 512 SSD = $3,488
15 inch with touch bar + 16GB RAM + 2.9GHz i7 up to 3.8GHz + AMD 460 4GB + 512 SSD = $4,368.

Some even say Iris perform better than AMD. If thats the case, Its not worth it if I choose the 15 inch which is extra $1000. Right?
And its heavier but perform slower(in terms of editing side only). Im sure the GPU can be put into good things maybe other productivity app.

Though thinner, lighter and slightly smaller, it now only has USB-C which does everything and on more HDMI port can SDXC card reader.

The illuminated Apple logo is also removed and modelled similarly to the 12" Macbook and also the back of our iPhones.

That's true. My last year's model at $3288, 12-mth instalments is already $230+ a mth. But if you're using long-term, it's ok to pay instalments.
