Really no way to buy this phone in Japan huh. None of the shops seem to sell without contract, other than Huawei phones. The Harmon Kardon speaker bundle is really attractive!

May I know what is the latest software out there. Is it still S0018? I am still running on S0014 since I bought it from Benny. Is the new sw any marked improvement over the old one. is it worth the problem of getting it updated through Benny?

I updated mine to S0018, no issues through Benny. Took around 15 minutes to 30 minutes at his shop.
