This has probably been discussed here before but would just like to ask the sexperts, which are the nicest adaptations for 射雕英雄传 and 神雕侠侣?

I have watched the 黄日华/翁美玲 1983 射雕英雄传 once before and I liked it. Recently re-watched the 吴启华/黎姿/佘诗曼 2001 倚天屠龙记 and still my personal favorite. 黎姿's 趙敏

Any recommendations for 神雕侠侣？

That adaptation was filmed before I was born. My mum is a big fan so she recommend me to watch.

I feel that older adaptations tend to compensate the lack of visual effects by better acting.

翁美玲 演繹調皮搗蛋的精氣神韻是很到位， 但外貌和她的牙齒就差了些許。

每次都會有一個她自己都可能不自覺的微動作， 就是以上唇遮蓋上列門牙。

她在第一次以女裝出現的時候就少了沉魚落雁與閉月羞花之境， 即使是朱茵的同一個女裝初次出場也是欠缺了那雪肌通透， 柳影飄飄的感覺, 所帶之頭套裝扮皆不與書中描繪的一般。

多少黃蓉版本就得以李一桐的形神匯聚, 精氣神皆佳，儀表皆和書中作者筆下所敘述撰寫的極為苟同。

翻看了過往的諸套版本， 從小乞丐至女兒裝，我把李一桐擺位第一位， 翁美玲第二位， 朱茵位居第三和周迅寄居第四(聲線和外貌皆為敗筆， 年齡也大了些)
