Ninjavan Delivery Sucks

Ninja Van has been awesome for me. The worst is definitely SingPost.

Let me tell you something ironic. For the orders dispatched on the same day via the same seller, Singpost normal mail (Shopee) arrived within 3 days, while Ninja Van (Lazada) arrived over 2 weeks after multiple exhausting follow-ups from my side.

now both when deliver dont even bother to knock the door liao just leave the parcel near the gate lololol

NINJAVAN is the worst. Dishonest. Never made attempts then log failed deliveries.

Ninja really the worst of all! I never had any issues with other logistic company!

Made an order on 16/8 on a website which stated next day delivery, and expecting to receive on 18/8. But upon checking the status
"Delivery is unsuccessful - Delivery failed due to unexpected issues at NinjaVan's end. We're very sorry & we'll have your parcel delivered the next working day.
18 Aug, 8:53 pm"

So expecting them to reschedule next day delivery but still nothing. Called them and as told no driver assigned and couldn't even confirm the delivery dates! What do you mean no driver assigned?? if your don't have driver you shouldn't even accept anymore jobs and leave seller a bad name becos you can't fulfil the orders.

This is the 2nd encounter with them and it really leave a bad taste when I am needing the items urgently. I have not had any other issues with other logistics company but I wonder why does Ninjavan always have "expected issues" on their end?

I will really think twice about buying from websites that are engaging them as logistic partner!

logging into hwz after a long time just to post this

Ninjavan is an extremely bad delivery company. even god damn singpost normal mail comes within 3-5days

It has been 10days since 10days since my parcel was supposed to be delivered. no updates, no notice, no service. wait 3 hours for a service rep on telegram, just to tell you more lies about how they r gonna update you via email latest within a day.. only to hear NOTHING!

i strongly urge ALL merchants NOT to use ninjavan. Use singpost. Cheaper, better, faster

My case was Ninjavan said my Shopee order 'will be delivered today'. Didn't come at all. The next day I checked the status at Shopee site and it stated 'customer requested for change of delivery date', which I didn't. The same thing happened again the following day. So I called up Shopee and informed that I made no such request. Shopee replied a day later and advised me to just cancel order. The same day I received the NInjavan's 'will be delivered today' message again. This time round, it did.

are you sure it's not shopee's problem?
I had a number of ninja deliveries via lazada usually not much problems

how are you all able to select the logistics company ah?
isn't it assigned by the merchant/ lazada?

No I didn't choose the logistics company. I know it's Ninjavan because I received the delivery message from Ninjavan.

once i see the tracking status of my item : delivery attempted failed, buyer asked to reschedule timing. issue is no one contact me nor did i call to reschedule.

next is the latest one. purchase item from Amazon Japan expected to received on 1st sept. They send via SF express then i see the tracking 22nd purchased 26th reached SG and pass to local courier Ninja van.

Go Ninja van tracking shows parcel at warehouse waited till 1st sept nothing till 3rd sept.

today saw status become delivery cancelled. Called them ask why cancel cos i did not cancel it they said seller and very fast said pls contact seller.

I asked is it Amazon or SF cancel ? they said unable to give me any info. I asked how can u dunno ? are u telling me anyone can call in and cancel an item delivery and ninja van has no system to track and verify? Again they said unable to give me any info. Ask them did they receive the item from SF express, item last know was at warehouse as per tracking system all same ans.

Throughout they keep repeating pls contact seller or unable to give any info.

Then after flaring up and asking them more in their face qns and asking for manager since they cannot give me any info they admit item is lost.

Can ninja van explain to me how can I not think that they are a dishonest company and company with thief or lack of steps taken to prevent that when u google can see complains of item missing and yes at warehse like one who order a 32 inch TV and the item can still be lost with Ninja Van?

I think depends on the delivery guy serving your area. For mine, private estate, very courteous and always come at the same timing which is late evening. So far no issue with other couriers also.

Moi de area nao shopee is servit by one xmm. She quite ok de. Moi feeling like invite her into moi house lim teh

Ninjavan and JNT like to state there delivering then after a week still haven't delivered (my parcel was from Local-Local).

When complained Ninjavan will inform the staff but my 'pan' came chipped and damaged instead, so asked Shopee for refund (they did). Did the delivery do it since it takes considerable force to chip it?

Wrote to JNT for delayed svc, they said ok inform driver, 3 or 4 days still no come.

Both very lousy

Ya, I also feel it's the guy who's servicing your area, that person's attitude.

Back when there're lots of J&T complaints all over, the one over at our area was really good, same feedback from friends living around. Then I think they changed and I'd 2 consecutive no-show before I switched to Lazada, since Shopee's own delivery was iffy to begin with.

Ninja's been good here so far, same for QXpress for Qoo10. Otherwise I'd switch to delivery to 7-Eleven, Pick Locker, and whatnot.

First time using Lazada, also last time using Lazada. First attempt failed, can’t make it, now goods stuck at their warehouse no movement no update.

Never had any issue with ninjavan or J&T express or shopee or whatever before. Is really see your luck.
