under settings, go to data management, then you will see option for cloud save. go in, you will see your game file got "backup" or not

just use normal singapore credit card?

i just now reach the credit card payment screen and its ask for something like postal code.

You can Google taxfree USA postal code for eshop. There will be answer.. you can even search hwz forum as there are ans already. And yes just use your credits card to pay. PayPal can use and also you can buy prepaid code to use as well
