Switch 2 probably only coming at the end of 2024 though, there's going to be a good 6 month gap without any err, anti aircraft defenses. Or China J-20 clones.

Hopefully Ninty rushes Switch 2 a bit.

Please don't be LCD, we don't need a bigger screen since that's what Docked mode is for.

I mean if we had to choose one over the other for budget reasons, I'll take the same OLED screen size with upgraded internals. I don't think Nintendo can pack a 8 inch edge to edge OLED at full HD without eating significantly into their profit margin.

Hopefully they adopt selling at a loss for machines, and earn it back from games approach.

i got a oled not too long ago. current screen is just perfect with long battery life.
now with new "wings" . its going to be even better. no interest in switch 2.

Nintendo is famous for not making a loss on their hardware since the Wii days. Earn from both hardware and software sales unlike the other 2 behemoths.

There are already hundreds of fantastic titles to play on the current Switch. Why wait for the Switch 2 which would:
-only have a handful of games at launch
-easily cost twice as much $ compared to current gen
-have a (rumoured) inferior to oled screen
-an unknown availability date which could drag into 2025

Sounds good. Where's a good place to buy oled switch? Price range?

Though of buying because recently played an 8 player game with friends, quite fun.
