well it's his/her money. to some ppl 400 is not much, to some ppl 400 is alot. it's not like he's/she's being a nuisance. it's their own decision to buy or not.
you could have just ignore/disregard it.

Do I need Nintendo online to play Diablo 3? Can I link with my PC battle.net account and play with existing characters?

Yes you need the subscription for online co op
Not able to link to exisiting PC account, different server

You also do not need the online subscription to play Seasons. Currently Season 16 (started a few days ago).

No linkage to BNet also.

Planning to get a Splatoon 2 in Carousell. How to ensure that the game is in the US region? Is there a way to check through from the game casing?

I just started Season 16, using female Necro. First time playing Seasons, I don't know how it works. Previously playing Single player barbarian, it is quite imba on high levels.

Monk i used it last season, not easy in the beginning as will be close range combat
But once u up to 70 and get the neccessary set, u can be ranged fighter liao
