Go to your Nintendo switch web sign in your acc but country region must set to us or those with online store. Then u need pay for subscription for single or family package . Find other people and share switch subscription will be cheaper

Tried cannot, even formatted the device and set to the americas, Los Angeles also the same.

U have to use browser from your mobile device or computer
Go nintendo online website, login and change your country setting from there
Cant do it within switch itself

Hi All,

Any idea where in Singapore I can send my Switch for diagnosis?

Recently my switch has been exhibiting issues with closing software - it freezes each time I try to close the software (Pokemon Sword).

I have reset/turned it off a few times - the console loads the game and plays normally but each time i press the home button it freezes.

Turning it off and tried it with Fire Emblem 3 houses. Now the game card takes way longer to load - Kind of feels like it freezes for about 30 secs before it reaches the "select User" choice.

Then after selecting user - the game takes about 1 min to boot and load to the menu

After which the game plays normally - but when i press the home button the screen freezes - takes about 30 secs to bring me back to the switch menu. Closing the software freezes the switch console again.

I tried a partial wipe of data on my switch (deleted the game data but kept the save) but the problem persists. Tried searching on the internet and it seems like there is nothing similar to what I faced.

Any suggestions is much appreciated

if u dont mind local ppl help u repair, u can search in carousell with high reviews on repair, if not u can go to shops that sell switch like qisahn, wargames and etc. they do repair.

if not lastly i think would be maxsoft which you cost u alot

Nope - don’t have one.

I’m considering restoring the console to factory default to see if it will help but am still holding out for a solution.
