before Covid19 the average selling price is around 350+-.

Hi, I want to ask ppl who opened up their joycons before. I actually bought the housing and the joysticks but the screwdrivers that came with them, I am unable to open the joycons. Any screw driver you all recommend to use? Don't wanna keep trying later spoil the screws. Am using the Y screwdriver.

Yes, triwing (Y), 1.5mm should do the trick. It can be tricky even more if the tip (or screw head) is not that hard enough and you end up destroying the screw head.

If you want, try spraying a bit of WD40 to loosen the screws - although I didn't do this. I just made sure that the screw head is firmly seated and put enough pressure so that it won't slip while rotating it.

Any one have experience with this JYS NS182 dock charger? It works the same as the Genki covert dock where it is a charging plug as well as a dock that display the switch on tv.

So far I'm using the official charger because scared brick my switch. The third party dock bricking incident last time is due to power issue.

AliExpress basically have any parts that u need to repair your joycon. I managed to fix the SL SR ribbon issue and also change right pcb board away for my joycons. Less then 50bucks cheaper then getting it fix outside.
