Interesting find. The Switch pulls 18W from dock, not 39W

39W is including the 2 front usb port. No wonder my powerbank can charge it as fast as the dock.

Placed order for a xiaomi 20000mah gen 2 that has 18w output. Just checked and my previous powerbank only has like 10-12w output. This will charge the Switch as fast as docked :s13:

Hi guys...
Am going on a oversea work trip. Will be bring the Switch.
But if playing BoTW, it only last about 3 hours nia.
Any recommended portable power bank I can bring to charge during in flight? Else the Switch will die by the time I get off the flight.
Thanks

Get a romoss battery. I like that it will auto cut off charging when device is charged full. Excellent for overnight charging. Also recharging it is fast. Just ordered another sense 6. Personal preference.

Notice my switch stop charging at 90%. Anyone experience this? Tried dock, direct and powerbank. All same result.

So any power bank will work? Just need to get the USB A to USB C
cable will do?

Powerbank with 2A output should work.

I bought the Sense 6p (the newer version of Sense 6 and Sense 6 plus) last week but realized that it can only output 10w. You need 1 that can output at least 18w to charge the Switch at full speed.

guys just a heads up, the rubber used to make the joycons are prone to fungal infection or degradation , it will rot in a few years time, its best if you buy some kind of cover for them to prolong their usage.

You mean rubber on the analogue sticks?

How come Makai Senki Disgaea 5 so expensive online? Physical copy cheaper?

Amazon US and JP sells it for about the same price if you convert. So the best possible price currently might be with the Amazon US Prime discount of 20%.

Wanted to get 6P but 6 is like $12 cheaper hehe. I have sense 4 too. Even sense 4 is 38.5w, sense 6p only 10w??
Anyway i been using sense 4 to charge it while playing. It charge faster than it drain.

Dunno where u get your number but the Sense 4 does not output at 38.5w. It has 2 USB outputs and the faster port can only output at 5V x 2.1A =10.5W. The slower port output at a rate of 5V x 1A = 5W. Technically you can speak charge the Switch with 10.5W but it will not be charging at full speed.

Calculation to Watt i know.
Behind the battery u can see Rated Energy: 38.5Wh/3.7V
