Upgrade heart container to at least 6/7 first. Cos some simple dishes will restore at least 5 hearts, having low hp means underutliziing those food.

i chose stamina, it allows me to reach the tall pillar on some area... there is a chest on top of it...

The one that's on the way to village? I managed to reach with default stamina. Fully depleted and hang on to ledge just in time. Phew.

Did you guys realise can light up your arrows from fire of cooking pit? Fire arrows damn ex. I use this method to explode barrel near enemies camp.
