So based on qisahn link:

http://qisahn.com/products/hori-joy-con-special-cover

The grey label is transparent which is hard type?

The pink label is black which is soft type?

Soft 1 looks like this...

Sorry to disturb abit.. I'm having the left joy con issue since day 1. I tried the firmware update to the latest version and it doesn't solve the problem. Is there any other way to solve this issue ah?

Turn off the Switch (not put to sleep). Dock the Switch with the Joy-cons attached. Turn on the Switch while its still docked. Wait around 5 min and remove it from the dock to try.

So for the Xiao mi gen 2, 20000mah no type c port is okay. Just need to get a USB to type c cable will do or use the same cable that came with the charging grip? Abit lost

If you look at the back of the Switch unit itself (not the charger), it has a input rating of 15v/2.6A. This means it can still draw 39w if a charger allows it too. The Switch charger output rating does not mean it is the optimized way to charge the Switch itself. Tested charging with Xiaomi 10000mah gen 2 (with a maximum output rating of 15w) and it definitely charges faster than Romoss sense 6P (10.5w). Charging time from 0 to 100% is about 1 hr faster. Have both batteries and tested them myself so i know.. GPGT.

So yes, go for the Xiaomi gen 2 20000mah (18w output) or Xiaomi gen 2 10000mah (15w output) for faster charging.

You guys are getting ahead of yourselves. Switch uses USB Power Delivery not Qualcomm Quick Charge. If the power bank or charger doesn't support USB PD, you will only get normal charging.

Also. USB PD devices may not support the 12V power rule so you'll fall back to 9V if the charger supports USB PD. IMO 12V devices typically are Quick Charge

In that case, the xiaomi gen 2 will fall back to its other mode of 9v/2a charging. Still faster than most typical charger out there.
