Purchased snipperclips on jap eShop by changing region setting online and game was displayed in english when I played it.

True, but I was looking based more on performance (faster loading) and convenience without having to change cartridges frequently

Then have to disappoint u. A test was conducted and the switch physical cartridge reader loads faster than the switch Microsd card reader.

Actually Digital Foundry did the test and it shows that the physical cartridge reader is the slowest of them all.
So the in order of speed: internal Storage > SD Card > Cartridge

Yea i got confused. The internal 32gb is the fastest of the all but then again its just 32gb.

Finally took the plunge and got the Pro Controller. In charging mode now but feels so awesome in the hands.. solidly built and buttons feel great. Comparable to the xbox one/PS4 controllers. Overall very pleased. :)

The difference is so small I dont think it will matter which one you use.
The other things from DF video is, invest in high capacity storage, not speed. The speed difference between extreme and ultra is miniscule.

Tats y go 200/256gb or higher. Speed is secondary. Even the test shows U3 slower than the U1. Think the card speed is bottleneck by the Switch internal card reader.
